"I learned more in a short time than in years of prior professional support."

At the end, you'll receive one of three results.

Each one maps to a specific type of inherited pattern.

And tells you exactly where to look first.

WHY

Science shows

that patterns and pain can pass through generations, leaving biological markers in the body long after the original event.

Research in family systems and epigenetics shows that survival strategies like people-pleasing, perfectionism, or shutting down can be passed from one generation to the next. Not just through stories, but through the nervous system itself.

that our inner conflicts aren't character flaws. They're different parts of the brain with different jobs, all trying to keep us safe.

Internal Family Systems research shows that conflicting inner responses, like saying yes when you mean no or self-sabotage when things go well, often come from parts of us that learned a specific job in childhood. Understanding which part is running the show is the first step to something changing.

Research shows that this kind of parts work reduces shame and increases self-compassion.

that your nervous system doesn't respond to logic. It responds to safety signals. Gentle touch activates the parasympathetic nervous system more effectively than deep pressure.

Studies on trauma and the nervous system show that the body stores responses to past experiences and keeps activating them long after the original situation has passed. What feels like anxiety or tension in the present is often the body completing an old loop.

Hi i’m Rachael

I spent 10 years in corporate change consulting, helping organisations transform from the inside out, before realising the same principles applied to people. (Also, I wanted to help humans transform, not PowerPoint decks.)

I built Personal Change Lab for people who have done a serious amount of work on themselves, who've made real progress over the years, and who still find themselves hitting the same wall. This assessment is built on everything I've learned working with 500+ clients through generational trauma work, Internal Family Systems and somatic therapy.

It takes about four minutes. What you find out might take a little longer to sit with.
